Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We ship worldwide from Costa Rica. Standard international delivery takes 10-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing. All artworks are professionally packed with protective materials — canvas works are rolled in rigid shipping tubes, and framed pieces are crated for maximum protection. A tracking number is provided for every order so you can follow your artwork's journey. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.

Returns: We want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.

How it works:

  3. 50% deposit to begin the creation process
  4. Progress updates with photos throughout the process
  5. Final approval, remaining payment, and worldwide shipping

Typical timeline is 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the piece. All commissioned works include a certificate of authenticity.

How should I care for my artwork?

To preserve your artwork's vibrancy, display it away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. For canvas pieces, dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
